The boys and I missed you so much at the Anthem fireworks. Andy's eyes got so big but I held him close and he stayed happy happy!! As always! Hee hee! Connor was fun--active as usual. He ran around all over amongst the families around us. He loved the fireworks and the people watching too. Too funny!! He said "boom boom boom" all the way home. It was fun to be with the Marshall family, but we wish you had been there too. Thank you for being such a good Daddy that we miss you when you are gone!!! We are lucky!! We are praying for you LOTS!! Keep the energy up . . . we know the semi-dark nights are short. Search out a Snickers bar!!

Love to you!
XOXO

We are praying for you lots!! And we are trying to make lots of messes so that Mom is so busy she won't miss you as much! Good plan, huh?!? We thought you would be proud!!!

Jon,
The phone call during church service was great. There is alot of interest & a sense of excitement about this trip/these kids from the congregation. The only thing that would have been better--a live webcast with the kids in the background. Just something about seeing our kids live, although the pics you send are great too.
Thanks again for giving of yourself to serve others.
Godspeed,
Sandy

Hi Daddy!

Things are pretty good, but we miss you a lot!! Connor and I worked out a system so that he and I don't nap at the same time anymore. We thought that Mommy might get lonely if we left her by herself!! Aren't we sweet?!?!

Connor got this new little basketball from Granddad. It is so cool! But, Connor doesn't like me playing with it so I have to be sneaky. I try to get it really fast while he is out of the room. Mommy laughs at me! Connor gets frustrated. It is so funny!! I am getting really fast at scooting . . . but I am saving my full crawling moves for when you get back!! I want to hear you say "AWESOME ANDY" when I do it for the first time!

I love you, Dad!
Your littlest one,
Anderson

Hi Jon!!!

Okay, we have almost made it two weeks!!

Connor and Anderson are doing good. Connor is off with Granddad for their lunch and play outing. I think I heard them say pizza! Andy and I may head out for a little while too. They really do miss you. Connor kept checking the computer this morning to see if you were going to call. I found him sitting on the chair in front of the computer. He said he was "waiting for Daddy". Too funny! And sweet. He adores you.

By the way, we still can't e-mail you . . . they keep bouncing back saying that your box is full. Must be too much junk mail . . . or mail from Karl. Ha!

I miss you sooo much! But, that is a good thing.

Lots of love!!!
XOXOX (ask Maddie if these count)

Hey Dad!!

Mom says you'll be home in a jiffy! Yea!!! We have so many things we need to do. We have to play with my new Spiderman motorcycle and watch my train/airplane video (mom said it is only for "Daddy time" . . . she thinks it is boring--that's a girl for you). Can we play hide-n-seek too??? I love that game!!!

We are still praying for you. I love you sooooo much!!!

Hugs, slobber kissees, noses!!!

Hi Jon,
Thanks again for the guidance, training, wisdom, & love you poured out on this Latvia Mission Team.
Just in case you don't know...AZ Hills Church is so excited about this trip & is so anxious for your return. I sure hope the Latvia Team is planning a report session or a service very soon after your return (like 7/23). I have had several prayer/financial supporters of Jen & Em's, & of the church asking about a report session, they want to hear it all!!
We love you all & are praying for continued health & safety. Hope you guys are ready for some In & Out burgers upon your return!!

Godspeed,
Sandy

Amanda-
I pray for God's continued blessings on you. You have sacrificed during Jon's time in Latvia. Thank you!!
